In-stock dresses
Sale is final. Within seven days an unworn dress with tags attached can be exchanged for store credit valid for twelve months.
A size change handled in our own alterations is not a return: bring the dress back and it is fitted to you.
Made to order
A made-to-order dress is cut to your measurements and cannot be returned.
A cancellation before cutting returns the deposit minus the fabric already bought. After cutting the deposit is not refundable.
Alterations and cleaning
If an alteration does not sit as agreed in writing, it is corrected at no charge.
Cleaning is quoted after the garment is inspected; heavy staining may not come out completely, and that is stated before the work starts.
Deposits on appointments
The $50 after-hours deposit is returned if you cancel more than twenty-four hours before the appointment.
