Buying a dress from the rack
An in-stock dress is one physical garment in one size. It is held for you only once it is paid in full, and it is sold when it is sold.
The price shown on the site for an in-stock dress is the final price of the garment. Alterations are quoted separately.
Made to order
A made-to-order dress starts after a deposit of 50% and measurements taken at the boutique.
The price range shown on the site becomes an exact figure in writing at that appointment. Delivery is six to ten weeks from the first fitting.
The remaining balance is due before the dress leaves the boutique.
Alterations
Alterations are measured and priced at the fitting, in writing, before any cutting begins.
Rush work under seven days carries a 35% surcharge.
A dress bought elsewhere is accepted for alterations on the same terms.
Payment
Cash, Interac e-Transfer and cards are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include HST where it applies.
Appointments
A fitting is free of charge and no card is held. A $50 deposit applies to appointments booked outside normal hours and is credited to the purchase.
If you cannot come, a message the day before is enough.
